Evelyn's new Easter dress was done with the Perfect Sunday pattern. I changed the sleeves to Cap sleeves with a tulle overlay. The tulle pedals are hand embellished with ribbon and lace. I recently bought a new serger, so all seams are professionally finished with a 3 thread over lock. Her bodice is fully lined with white silk. This dress can be made for about $12.
